In my last post, I mentioned about let actions speak louder than words. In reality, people want to see action and results. Walk the talk then a leader will get people's confidence.

I believe instead of 'Walk The Talk', a leader also should 'Talk The Walk' as well.

Our friends and followers, they need to know what is the progress of our plan. Feed the information to them, but only do this after the action is in motion.

Giving the information, telling them from time to time may build trust and throw away negative perceptions. People will feel that they are a part of our plan. People will feel appreciated and their productivity significantly increases.

Walk The Talk then Talk The Walk.
